sneak: wild hogs

i was a little scared, i admit. we had been told that there would be something funny coming up in the next sneak preview and as i had only heard of a couple of pretty crappy films, i was a little anxious to see what would happen.
anyway, wild hogs turned out to be a really, really good film. it was fun to watch four old men deeply submerged within a heartbreaking midlife crisis who decide to escape their conformist lives for once by taking a trip on their motorbikes, no maps, no plans, no cellphones.
during the trip they encounter a really disturbing motorbike cop (played by john c. mcginley from scrubs fame), a bunch of really vicious bikers, blow up their bar and in the end find love, self-esteem and... yeah, that sort of stuff.
of course the movie's filed with these corny moments but something incredibly stupid or hilarious is just around the corner.
so, if you want a good laugh, haven't seen john travolta do the thirty yard stare in a while or want to see five naked men in a lake, go see wild hogs.
