i love open source people.
i'm not a great icon designer myself but there are obviously a lot of people who are and, even on top of that, are nice enough to share their works unter a free license. the shiny new icons you'll find all over the page were taken from the open clipart project. i like icons ;o)
ah, just some minor tweaks here and there, nothing huge...
and something huge as well. see the words page.
