i'm dizzy with song. i'm drunk with life. i'm in love with the stars.
this is how it'll be. i see it before me. i'll just be there with this very special music in my ear that seems to fill every space between here and neverwhere. i'll be walking, constantly, without any interruption, step by step. one foot at a time. i won't be able to walk any faster nor any slower.
i'll raise my head and look at the clouds and then, somewhere up there, the sky breaks up and little silver and golden fires appear and light the clouds and my way and myself.
and the salty waters of sadness will finally find their way and flood the gates and storm the well-protected cities of nonsense.
and then, during my final breath, i'll smile.
i'll smile because the world is at peace and i'm no longer any interruption to it. i'll smile because life is no longer a burden but a beautiful memory. i'll smile because i'll be remembered in certain ways...
